Learn from mistakes

Salam to all,

I am in my office, marking few answer scripts.Thinking of some of my students whom l believe they could perform better for my paper. To my suprise, they did not turn up due to unavoidable reasons. One of them has delivered a baby, congratulations! She insisted to sit for her exam elsewhere.That's good. After delivery, she showed her persistence to complete her exam.I am very proud of her. Some of them wrongly read the examination schedule. it is their mistake. I noticed that some of students they put a reminder in their handphone and that's it, believing that what they have referred to the right time for their papers. They were wrong. They should ask others just for confirmation, especially when the paper that you take is not from your own level.

Having said that, in any event if you feel that you have done a very terrible mistake in your life, start afresh and do not turn back! You have more opportunities to learn about life. Life is not not always a bed of roses. We have rules and procedures. Sometimes life does not turn out the way we plan. Take it as a valuable lesson. Read more. Think harder. Take it as a blessing in disguise, learn from your own mistakes. There is no shame in being wrong. Stand up and take it as a challenge. You have lots to offer. As what Goergo Soros said "...there is no shame in being wrong, only in failing to correct our mistakes"
