Check out!

Salam to all,

During purchase, have you ever checked its nutrition facts or at least its ingrediedients? Food suppliers in UK, if they categorize food only for vegetarian "for vegetarian use" , they cannot mix it with meat.It shows that they are very particular in they food intake. As for muslims, we must always take anything which is halal.Sometimes, the halal logo is mischievous. That's why we need to double check its antheticity by referring to the reliable body like JAKIM, Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia etc.

I am wondering on what about money that we spent if the quality foods is lower than we expected? Do we have the appropriate remedy that is easily assessible to anyone from all walks of life? What do you think?

You are what you eat.
