Know your right!

Salam to all,

So good to spend money during sale recently launched!

Bear in mind,as consumer, do you read the label before your buy any product from the shelf? have you ever thought of knowing your right when and how to claim for a refund if you are not happy with the product i.e. defective or not up to what you expect?

This is all about getting the right information to safeguard your interests. Some of us have experienced as unsatisfied customers who have purchased a product but it is not workable.

First thing first, check in detail the external layout and its internal specifications. Bring along your friends who have technical expertise when you purchase electrical items or even a hand phone. Check the authentication of its manufacturer.

Second, buy when your stomach is full! Right, when we are not in a hurry and we have the best peace of mind, we can make the right judgment on whether to buy or not.

Third, observe surroundings especially when you bring some cash or even credit card. One man was reportedly has lost RM10k for being absent mindedness when he left his credit card at the ATM machine. Nowadays, signature is no longer required which is l believe not good as open more space for any unscrupulous people to steal and use it the soonest they obtain the card.

Fourth, purchase according to your need not what you want! This is important when you wish to save more money for your investment and emergency. Plan your shopping list and mark as whether it is very urgent to buy or you can skip it and live without it.

Fifth, ask for any reliable second opinions is good in order to ensure that whatever stuffs that we buy is indeed of a good quality and we will not regret for buying it.

Finally, before purchasing any item, check and read carefully the warranty and its conditions. make sure you post the warranty to its manufacturer's address.

Good luck & have fun !

Sometimes we are not satisfied with goods we bought but when we want to return it back, we got a lot kind of excuses.... and many of us just don't want to drag the matter more. So, we just keep quite. That's why the unscrupulous business people take advantage of us.
