So good to see new faces in the class. You are lucky especially when you have been credited your ptptn loan! Make sure you allocate at least 10-20% just for the saving. Do not spend unnecessarily except on book, food,transportation and other basic needs.
I noticed that many students really like to spend on expensive IT gadgets such as handphone with built in camera. It is not among the basic necessity. A very good and afforadble handphone just to make a call and sms can be within 100-200 bucks.Beware, you have to spend at least RM20-50 just to top up the credit! Better think twice before you commit.
One thing that you must invest is good english book or buy newspaper (perhaps juts read in the library!) that can improve your english. Please take golden opportunity in the class to speak in english. it does not matter if your english is broken, still it can be fixed through persistence and commitment.
Do not speak in Malay. it defeats the purpose of the whole purpose is to be fluent in english especially when you are accounting or business students.
Money is hard to get but easy to spend!
So, appreciate little thing is indeed a noble thing to do.

good advice for ur students. i'm not. but ur my x-frenz.
they are not lucky for getting the ptptn loan. lucky if u look it the other way ( jobless and have to repay the ptptn ). one more thing , they have to reinvest for wifi internet in their hostel, onli rm 28 unlimited access per month

im hard to improve my english now. it is barely enough to say how worst my english whenever i have to take a long time to read a newspaper.one paper for almost one month to finish.i can write well.but yet to speak fluently.ooo..im so worry of that.hereby,MY MUET is coming around.on this NOV..can u just imaging my friend who got BEN 5 in MUET said my english is worst..how dare him!but, as far as i know, we better think positively in every comments.this is education's life. err is normally as human being. so far, fix it! so all, wish me luck k?
